Workplace Giving

See If Your Company Will Match Your Gift!

Many companies sponsor matching gift programs and will match charitable contributions made by their employees. Contact your Human Resource Department to find out if your company has a matching gift program.

If your company has a qualifying program, request a matching gift form from your employer or access the form through their website. Then make your donation online or write a check payable to The Fund for Animals. Send your completed and signed form, along with your check or a copy of your online donation receipt, to The Fund for Animals, Department: Matching Gifts, 1255 23rd Street NW, Suite 460 Washington, DC 20037. We'll take care of the rest.

The impact of your gift to The Fund for Animals may be doubled or possibly tripled!

Workplace—Payroll Giving

Workplace giving programs allow employees to make regular donations to eligible charities through their companies’ payroll system. Employees may contribute a set amount per paycheck, or make a one-time gift, offering a convenient means of giving—and the potential to make an even greater impact by year-round sustained giving, without losing the tax benefits of charitable giving.

How to sign up for workplace giving:

  • Federal employees: Military and federal employees can give through the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC). You can find The Fund for Animals under Animals Charities of America Federation. Please select The Fund for Animals, CFC # 11630.
  • City and state employees: Local municipality, city and state employees can give to The Fund for Animals by name and Tax Identification #13-6218740.
  • Private Company/Corporate Employees: If your company offers a workplace giving program, look for our listing. If you don’t see it available, please write in The Fund for Animals along with the Tax ID # 13-6218740, and address: 1255 23rd Street NW, Suite 460 Washington, DC 20037.

FFA and the HSUS are merging.

For more than 15 years, the Humane Society of the United States has supported and worked side-by-side with the Fund for Animals to provide lifesaving care for the animals in greatest need. We are now deepening our relationship. Over the coming months, we intend to merge the two organizations, fully integrating the Fund for Animals into the Humane Society of the United States. The Fund for Animals (which operates Black Beauty Ranch, Duchess Sanctuary and Rural Area Veterinary Services) has been an affiliate of the HSUS and part of its family of organizations since 2005.

This merger will make us even more effective in providing care for animals in crisis. All the work for animals at Black Beauty Ranch, Duchess Sanctuary and Rural Area Veterinary Services will continue at the Humane Society of the United States—and your support will continue to be essential.
